Clunking over bumps. Bouncing after a dip. Pulling to one side. Steering wheel shaking. Bring it in and we put it on the lift, show you what’s worn, and give you a real quote before you decide anything. No fee to look, no obligation to repair.
Sound familiar?
- Clunk or knock over bumps — usually a worn strut mount, sway bar link or control arm bushing.
- Car keeps bouncing after a dip — shocks or struts have lost their damping.
- Pulls to one side or wanders — worn suspension parts or an alignment that’s out.
- Uneven or cupped tire wear — the suspension isn’t keeping the tire flat on the road.
- Humming or growl that changes with speed — often a wheel bearing.
- Nose dives when braking — tired front struts.
Every one of these is something we can pin down on the lift in about 20 minutes. We show you the worn part next to what a good one looks like, then you decide.
What we repair
- Shocks & struts — front and rear, including strut mounts and bearings
- Control arms & bushings — upper and lower, with alignment after
- Sway bar links & bushings — the most common source of a clunk
- Wheel bearings & hubs
- Tie rods & steering linkage
- Coil springs & air suspension — including German air-ride systems
We work on all makes and models, and we’re especially set up for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW and Porsche suspension work. Your parts or ours — if you already bought the parts, we’ll install them.
How the free inspection works
- Book online or call. Same-week slots are usually open.
- We put it on the lift. We check shocks, struts, mounts, arms, bushings, links, bearings and tie rods, and do a bounce and road test.
- You get a straight answer. What’s worn, what can wait, and an exact price for your car. Every car is different, so we won’t guess a number over the phone.
- You decide. Fix it now, fix it later, or take the quote elsewhere. No fee either way.
Already have a quote?
If a dealer or chain quoted you $1,500–$2,500 for suspension work, get a free second opinion first. We’ll tell you what actually needs replacing and what doesn’t. It’s common for a “whole front end” quote to come down to two sway bar links.
Common questions
Is the suspension inspection really free?
Yes. No diagnostic fee, no shop fee, and no obligation to have us do the repair.
How much does suspension repair cost?
It depends on the car and the part. Sway bar links are often a couple hundred dollars installed; a pair of struts on a German car is more. We quote after the inspection so the number is real, not a guess.
How long does the repair take?
Most shock, strut, link and bearing jobs are done the same day. Control arm jobs with alignment are usually same day or next morning.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We install customer-supplied parts. We just can’t warranty the part itself — only our labor.
Do I need an alignment afterwards?
After struts, control arms or tie rods, yes. We include it in the quote so there are no surprises.
Do you need an appointment?
Booking online is easiest, but you can also call. Walk-ins are welcome when the lift is free.
