Had a few issues with my car. They did a full complementary diagnostic and replaced only what was needed. They did not try to add any unnecessary repairs and pricing was fair. It’s nice to have an honest mechanic in town!

I scheduled an appointment via the online portal for a 4pm oil change. Since I live nearby I dropped my vehicle off when I got home around 3:45. I was told that the online portal doesn't always send alerts when appointments are made but nonetheless the oil change will be taken care of. After a few hours I called to make sure it would still be done since closing time had came and went. I was assured it would be done no matter what. I called again around 8pm to be told the same thing, not to worry. Around 9pm my truck was delivered to my house , oil changed completed as promised! The service and expectations were exceeded and couldn't have been more happy! The dedication to getting the job done regardless of how late they had to work was very impressive .I was very pleased with how they chose to accommodate me rather than turn me away and apologize for the inconvenience! Thank you all very much! Definitely appreciate the customer service and staying true to their word 💯
